Our Mission

Setuwelt’s mission is to drive transformational economic mobility and income growth for underprivileged youth in India through international labor migration, empowering migrants and their families to break free from poverty.

We are a nonprofit. Our work is fueled by a vision of a world where every individual, regardless of their origin, can safely and affordably access global opportunities.

Our Approach

Our scholarship program connects selected Indian youth to apprenticeship opportunities in Germany. We equip scholars with language training, cultural support, and mentorship, while forging partnerships with employers to secure apprenticeship roles that lead to long-term, full-time employment.

For Scholars

Setuwelt scholarships offer Indian youth a unique opportunity to access Germany’s apprenticeship program.

Language Learning

We provide language training through trusted partners, ensuring that scholars are proficient in German before beginning their apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships

We match scholars with vetted German employers, helping them secure apprenticeship positions that lead to long-term career success.

Cultural integration

We offer scholars mentorship and integration support before and after their arrival in Germany, helping them adjust and thrive in their new environment.

For Employers

Setuwelt provides access to motivated, language-ready talent, streamlining recruitment and effectively addressing hiring needs.

Meet Our Team

Our team at Setuwelt is committed to harnessing the power of international labor mobility to drive meaningful impact.
